Jeanne Marie Tripplehorn is an American TV and film actress. She's been a professional actor for 27 years. In 1990, she performed her stage debut in the production of The Big Funk (John Patrick Shanley) off-Broadway. She was then cast for her first role on television, The Perfect Tribute. When she appeared in 1992, as was a character supporting in the movie Basic Instinct and then her career started to take off. She was the first woman to qualify in 2007 for the US Women's Open. In 2007, she did not become winning the Women's Open in the United States, but won the Aldila Junior Classic to be the second. The most junior American Junior Golf Association member to win this title, she also won the Westfield Junior PGA Championship in the same year.
